Gallery keeps popping onscreen

Hello there forum!
My friend recently downloaded the sims4 (I've converted one!  ) But for some reason the gallery just pops up randomly on the screen. She wont even be touching the keyboard and it pops up. Is there a shortcut button that maybe is stuck down? I suggested she get a new keyboard but I thought it could be a potential glitch?

If trying a different keyboard doesn't help. They may want to try a factory reset.

I'm not finding anything on this issue. So if it keeps happening even after a factory reset, it may be best to report it to AHQ so that the devs may be able to look into it further.
