Toddler Sneezing

Anyone else aware of this and is this something to be addressed or maybe a setup for future.  Since the March update I've noticed my toddlers sneezing.  At first I wasn't sure but yep it's sneezing.  Not with any sick emotion but just an occasional sneeze. I have a WMP but can't post.

Comments, suggestions on maybe future content coming.  This is not a MOD, no custom content.  Seen this behavior since thee last March 2017 update.

Often toddlers with the fussy trait will sniffle etc as a trait related idle but the only time I saw my toddlers sneeze was when the whole family was sick. I put the toddler down for a nap and when he woke up he had the green cross shaped moodlet that says something like home remedies are often the best from napping. So I just assumed that he had the cold that the adult sims had. You can get the same moodlet from giving a sneezing toddler juice to drink.
