How to mute public speakers during festivals?

I'm at the flea market and there is a performer playing in the square. The public speakers are playing other music that isn't mixing well. When I click on the speaker it only give me an option to dance. Can I mute these somehow while the person is playing?

As far as I know there is no way to mute, change station or basically alter any speakers on any venue lot/community lot in TS4. With editable lots (like gyms etc) you can go into build mode and place down the speaker that plays the station you prefer to hear but festivals are unable to be edited.
