Windenburg world not showing up in game *Fixed!!*

Good evening all!   got my Get Together today - entered the product key and downloaded and installed (it says)... but I don't see the new world that was supposed to there.

These are what shows in my game and also under "destinations" is just Granite Falls.

I'm not sure what may be going wrong @MrsFlynn  is definitely the moderator who can help you more but have you tried exiting your game and then also quitting Origin? Not that it should... but maybe a restart of Origin will sort out the issue.

yes, have done both a few times.  Just went on Origin running as Admin and tried repairing Sims 4 to see if that does anything.

I've just pm-ed MrsFlynn a link to here. So I'm sure she can think of something to help. I'm not really technically minded so when it comes to issues with Origin I flounder.

We had someone report a problem similar to this. If you haven't already, try uninstalling/reinstalling Origin to see if that helps.

Thank you Mrs. Flynn, how I got it to finally show up was by logging into Origin and doing the repair of Sims 4.

Ah okay, I thought you had mentioned earlier already logged into Origin and did a game repair on Sims 4. That's why I suggested uninstall/reinstall Origin.

Oh sorry!  I did mention it but was just saying I was doing that next to see if it worked   lol
