Sims not going to work at the right times!

Hi!

I'm in the middle of playing TS4, and for some reason, my sims have decided to go to their jobs 12 hours after they're actually supposed to go?  It's driving me insane.  Anyone else experiencing this?

Hi emma.j.cook welcome to the forum. So is it that your sims are late every work day but they can not go for some reason? Or is it that they head off to work happily and on time (as far as the game is concerned) but the clock in game isn't matching what the info panel on their work times and days says?

If is it the case of the work schedule not matching the in-game clock time then it isn't really an issue as long as your sims are not late and losing work progression. Sometimes the work schedules just don't seem to be correct. Hopefully their next promotion should sort this out.
