How to create a new game/household?

I'm wondering how to create a new sim without deleting my current save file. The new patch update made the title screen look all different, and I suck at this stuff. Thank you in advance

At the Main Menu you're given a few choices: See Photo below for more information

The Play Button: Goes to map view of current game. Click Resume Playing (Household name.)
New Game Button: This starts a new game in CAS. (Create a Sim)
Load Game: Load a different saved game of your choice.
