The Sims and weight gain

Does anyone have a vampire that had/has withered stomach and to they gain weight for you?

My current family the grandmother (non-vampire) gains as described, but the daughter vampire is a stick. Four kids, out lived hubby, grandchild incoming and .. stick. It is not bodybuilding. She was a stick when generated (NPC married in) and had withered stomach, which I retraited her out of eventually. So now she eats sometimes, and ... stick person.

I only noticed that my female sims had gained weight after she had a baby. xD Otherwise, her weight seemed to maintain itself.  Jogging a few times seemed to help!
