Bug: Toddler - "Sugar Now!" Moodlet

One of my toddlers in the game has had the Angry moodlet, "Sugar Now!"  for over a day now.  When his older brother was a toddler, this moodlet never lasted longer than expected.  I tried to remove all of the mood buffs with the cheat.  All moodlets left as promised except for the "Sugar Now!" one.  It remained and continued to blink with 0 minutes left.  Restarting the game seems to fix it but I'm curious whether anyone else has had this issue (with any moodlet) and if there is a quicker solution that what was already mentioned.

I haven't had this glitch but maybe traveling to another lot might fix it.
