Introduction

Once upon a time, there were two twin girls.  Both were little beauties, with red hair, like their father.  This, however, is where their similarities would end.

Carina Augustine was born with a thirst for blood, just as her parents had.  She was an independent little thing, and always found a way to get whatever she wanted.

Carina's twin, Scarlet, was born human, a mere mortal...and she detested her family's thirst for blood...but secretly wanted their immortality.

As the girls aged, tensions between them would steadily increase.  Scarlet would call Carina a bloodsucker, while Carina would make fun of Scarlet's mortality.

Tensions rose to the boiling point on the day before their young adult birthdays...Carina decided it was time to teach Scarlet what it felt like to have your blood sucked.  Since she knew that Scarlet wouldn't willingly submit, she compeled her with her vampire powers.

And then Carina went for the jugular.  Scarlet just went limp and had no choice but to let Carina do that to her.  Once it was over, though, Scarlet had had enough of her entire family!  Her father watched it happen, and didn't even try and stop Carina from doing it.  He even looked like he wanted a taste of her blood for himself!

Scarlet knew she had to leave, and leave right away, before her entire family decided to lock her up and keep her for a food source!  And besides, she was done with her research, and needed to implement the testing phase well away from her prying family's eyes.  They would be livid and vengeful if she accomplished what they were afraid of...immortality for humans...without the need for plasma.

Nice start!  I agree with the others, a good reason for your founder to go for this.  (Mine will loudly tell anyone he was forced into it.  I have no reason at all for him.)

Chapter 1:  And So It Begins

Scarlet had left her house in such a hurry that we didn't even get a good look at her.  So here she is in Windenberg, on a large plot of land with no one around. Hopefully her parents and their minions would not be able to find her here.

While walking around her new home and neighborhood, Scarlet discovered this beautiful, lush garden, complete with fountain, and what's that?

Why, it's a magical wishing well!  Scarlet  was transfixed by the well, and when it told her to it $5,000 simoleons, she did so very obediently.  Then she wished for love, and got....a flirty moddlet.  wawawah!  That's it?!  For that amount, her future husband should have popped out of there!

Since Scarlet was going to have to find love on her own, she headed down to the park in Willowbrook.  There she met Max.  Well, actually the watcher summoned him there via the Club mechanism.

Scarlet asked Max on a date, and they were off to the park in Oasis Springs, where they shared their first kiss.

The reason for hopping around to all these different worlds is to get them to populate...lately I only have to spend a couple sim hours in each location, and when I travel to leave, the majority of the world is populated.

This is Max's roommate...Forgothisname!  hahaha.  But he moved in with Scarlet and Max.

Max decided he couldn't let Scarlet get away, and proposed to her in their new house.

Not wanting to wait, and because it would help the soulmate aspiration, they were married right away, as well.  They will 5 unique parties another way.

After her wedding ceremony, while Max and his roommate were both sleeping, Scarlet went to the big city and purchased the first things she needed to begin her experiments.  Lots and lots of produce.  Somewhere in all these different kinds of plants was the secret she was looking for.

Once Scarlet arrived back at home, Max was ready to have their wedding night...

...which resulted in a ticker tape parade in the bathroom!

After which, Scarlet was now tired, and went off to have herself a little disco nap.

Good start, Scarlet! Forgothisname is quite a looker, but I'm glad Scarlet ended up falling for a fellow redhead. Hooray for redheaded nooboos!

Thank you for the tip on populating worlds, too. I'm going to have to remember that one!

The house is looking good. I love that wallpaper and the disco napping couch!

Yeah, that's a great tip on populating worlds! I noticed that only the worlds I have families in seem to populate, so I'll have to keep that in mind for next time.

Also, very clever to use the club mechanism to find a perfect spouse first go. Something else I may have to keep in mind.

Great start, and I'm definitely rooting for Scarlet! How unfortunate that she was so badly bullied by her family.
