I am absolutely at a complete loss on how to fix this. I have googled and searched forums and have found nothing similar. I picked the age up option for my newborn. The box to pick the aspirations pop up saying 'So and so has aged up!', and it says I need to pick an aspiration, but the check mark is grayed out. It won't let me do anything. I cannot pick the check mark, I cannot escape out. I cannot even save or exit the game. I moved the family to a different lot, same thing. Let the kid age naturally, same thing. It gets stuck right at that notification to pick aspirations.
