One of my townies, Hank Root, grew up to a teenager. I kinda manage the townies, giving them careers, getting them spouses, but I don't really play them. The problem is, Hank grew up with a really weird body shape. He looked on the edge of starvation, but had prominent hips. I used the arrow tool to give him some more bulk which definitely helped, but I noticed it doesn't have the body shape choices like it does when you're creating a sim. So in the future, will I just have to use the arrow drag tool if I get another sim with a weird body shape?
