Broken Quest for Relic of Eternity - Solved

Hi, I've thoroughly explored all three levels of the Great Pyramid and have gotten to the place where the relic *should* be, but the chest does not have any sparkles on it and when I open it, it has something else in it, but not the relic. Has anybody else had this quest break on them?

Just an update here: I think I found the reason why the relic didn't appear. I had missed a floor switch and also one room. Once I got those, the relic appeared.
