Sims are soulmates and friendship+romance bars are 100%, no engage option

I have an odd situation in game I have maxed out the friendship and romance bars of my sims. They are soul mates and best friends forever.  No engage option exists. They can try for baby. They are young adult. They have had full bars since teenage years. Any idea how to marry them off? Cake option doesn't work.

side question: All my perks were purchased and suddenly non of my perks are purchased.  Bug?

Hi welcome to the forum. This is a known bug unfortunately and is often tied to teens being promised. Try using the 'ask to be just friends' option and nullify their relationship. Once you have built the relationship back up the options for gf/bf and propose should once again be available.

If it is the clubs points you are meaning, yes this is also another known bug. It can be caused by editing lots that are empty through the manage worlds menu.
Bug Report about this here. There doesn't seem to be a work-around for this apart from to build back up the club points and not to edit any empty lots!

edit  empty lot did it ! wow. I added a community lot to the next door empty lot. Darn. hope it doesn't bug the game too bad.

Yeah, I did that too in my current game and was pretty down to realize I had lost 2 people from each of my clubs as well as all the club points. I've just had to start again basically and hold club meetings to gain the points all over again.

Problem is I still have some lots I want to edit to I hope Maxis hurrys up and gets a fix out!

This happened to me again last night because I forgot and tried to download a wedding venue from My Library in the Gallery. Arrrrggghhh!

Because the toddler patch has caused clubs to break again, the original bug report's been re-opened.
Would it be possible to re-add it to your bug report list? (I think I might have copied the link wrong...)
