Strange issue... light don't work.. nor do tv's or computers.

Not sure what I did but all of my lights are visibly OFF, but when I try to turn them on it says "turn off light - turn off all lights" those are my only two options. The computers are unclickable and so is the TV... what is this and how do i fix this?

Welcome to the forum! Has your Sim not paid the bills recently? If you don't pay bills, the power goes out now.
