How many "secured votes"?

My sim is in the Politics/Politician career.
He's doing great except for the awful shoes he's forced to wear.
He's currently Level 7.

I've learned from Carl's great guide on the career that level 10 requires 20 votes.
Is there a way for my sim to know how many votes he's secured up to now?
Or does he have to wait and see the Promotion Requirements? (They only tell him whether he has the minimum required votes, not how many he has.)

For Charity Organizer, I learned from FrancescaFiori that my sim could check his Collected Donations total on any computer.
Is there a similar option for checking cumulative votes for the Politician career?

I really don't know. I collected so many votes on my run through that I had maxed them before my sim was even at level 10.  I just secured votes from every sim I came across lol. Sorry, not very helpful I know.

I couldn't find anything on the computer, so maybe there's no way to know.
There's a lot going on in my sim's household right now, so I was hoping to hit 20 just by doing his daily task (secure 1 vote) for his last two levels, hehe.

You know, I liked both Politics careers a lot more than I thought I would.
