Connections Reward- anyone else experiencing no rewards given?

I started a new sim family and went to use the Connections reward to start my sim as a level 4 in their career (this was the sims first job, they had never had a job before using the reward).
I did not receive any of the reward objects from levels 1-3 like I used too.

I tried caching, repairing and a reinstall of the game as well as using the reward on all careers and it is still the same.

I am on the latest patch and do not have (or have ever had) mods or cc installed.

Anyone else currently having this issue?

I'm having the same issue. I believe it started with the patch that happened close to the release of City Living. Hopefully they fix it in an upcoming update.

Hopefully if more people tag this it will have a better chance of getting fixed.

No career rewards with the Connections reward here, either. It's possible that they decided not to allow this anymore.

I have been able to use this reward this weekend with no problems. I hope you get it fixed soon.

Good to know it still works in some games. It hasn't been working in my games for some time now. It's a pain really as the career rewards were a good strategy etc
