Grill Mod?

I'm looking for a grill mod that allows me to make single servings of food on the grill, instead of group meals only. CC would be fine if it serves that purpose. I'm playing a challenge and one of my goals is for her to not have to throw anything away (eco kind of challenge of my own making).
