"not enough exercise"?

one of my sims is "active", but i have him work out AT LEAST five times a week... yet i'm still getting this message about every other day.  is it still not enough, or is there something else going on?  normally, i have him use the weight machine... does this somehow not count?  should i be running instead?

hi igor140  It is just part of the game mechanics. In fact active sims can have this moodlet pop up while they are actually exercising! It is a random chance when the moodlet will pop up so just keep on doing what you're doing and ignore the moodlet by overshadowing it with stronger positive ones.

We have large lists with lots of ideas and ways to keep your sims in certain moods so it is pretty easy to bury any negative (annoying) moodlets so they don't effect your sims.
