Having other family members work for you in the restaurant is probably my personal #1 most wanted feature right now.  I love the "Dining Out" pack, and the restaurant gameplay is really fun.

But I wanted to have a family restaurant with 3 brothers, and was disappointed that one of them couldn't be the Chef.
