How to get a dxdiag?Easiest way:
Click the Start button and type in dxdiag in the search box. It should pop-up an .exe file (dxdiag.exe) Click that to run the tool. To save a copy to send to someone, click the Save All information in the lower middle part of the menu. This will save a text file of the information.
