I'm just not sure, all my test sims can sing campfire songs once they reach level 3 of the guitar skill. I click on the guitar, click 'sing song..' and then choose 'campfire' which opens the sub menu and I can choose which camp fire song for them to sing.
I can't recreate a sim that can not sing camp fire songs!
The options to sing camp fire songs will not be available when clicking on a sim, you do have to click on a guitar for the camp fires singing to be available as camp fire singing is a guitar related animation. I wonder if that is where you are going 'wrong'?
Play --- Clicking on my Sims' guitars worked!!! They can sing campfire songs, again
!!! Even at level 10 --- of course, they have choices at that point. I only checked my Sullivan family, so far, but they're the most important family, anyway.
