Travel Bug?

Ty I will try it  . I do also have stuttery and laggy sometimes. I almost or (thought) I almost had the travel to work it went to the travel screen. I use a program called Advanced SystemCare that cleans and optimization's & also has a speed up with turbo boost for games, but It crashed. I'am going to try and uninstall & re-install first after that I will try the mod in-game and see what happens.
