Festivals Bug - Merged Festivals / Won't Despawn

Currently my Romance Festival won't despawn causing massive issues when other festivals overlap. I believe the Nerd festival takes place at the same venue. Since the Romance items are still all in place, the Nerd stuff just gets crammed in there willy nilly making a lot of the items inaccessible. (Especially the stall vendors)

Does anyone have a cheat that can reset the lot or festivals? I tried to edit the area, but the only editable building is the Karaoke Bar and doesn't allow me to select the open park area items.

In the mean time, I'm going to wait till the next Romance festival and try to attend the entire event in hopes it triggers the despawn. Will update when that happens.

I played through the week and had my sim stay at the festival. I made sure she wasn't interacting with any of the festival items and they slowly started to despawn. The Romance festival was supposed to end at 2am, however the lot didn't fully despawn until 5am. It was pretty slow and it seems like there couldn't be any townies interacting with the item. Hope this helps anyone else who might have the same glitch.

Thanks for posting a solution back. I think it is always best to stay at the festival lots until they are completely over and despawned. Otherwise it seems to cause problems if you leave one festival running and head home through a loading screen.
