City Living + Gnomes?

I thought I saw something in passing about magic gnome(s?) coming with the City Living expansion pack. I am not finding any further info now though so I'm wondering if I saw something else but my mind read Magic Gnomes because I miss them so much.

Anyone seen/heard/read anything?

There's a lot trait called Gnomes. Apparently, if you have broken objects in your apt, the gnomes come out at night to repair them for you.
