I really hope this is the right place to post this, and I'm really sorry if it isn't.
Ever since I updated my game, my Sims have been very demanding with regards to happiness. My current Sim has 3 moodlets, adding up to +45, but his mood is 'uncomfortable', and he's frowning. Has anyone else experienced this, and do you know why this is happening?

I think I would have to agree something has changed.  Since the patch it is almost impossible to get him elated.

Wow. That is weird. Could it be some conflict with custom content or a mod?

No, I use nothing custom.

Wonderful ... EA fails again.

WA:  no mention of the problems with Adventure Boards or Excavate, and when we tried to send a Sim to France to check it out we had to do a hard-exit after 30 minutes of 'transit time'.

Amb:  Firefighter fix resulted in an invisible FF trying to rescue invisible people from a major house fire.

Progress?  NOT.  >:(

Glad I am not the only one having this problem, it is so incredibly frustrating.
Game was working just fine up until I updated my game the other day. (And no CC installed)
We could learn a lot from crayons:
Some are sharp, some are pretty,
Some are dull, some have weird names,
And all are different colors....but
They all exist very nicely in the same box.

Please start a new topic for the specific problem.  This topic was to announce the release of the update.  A separate topic with a proper title would be better for these other issues.

Sorry Pam, I'm a bit of a newbie. I'm glad I'm not the only one having this problem though.

hmm... has the patch been pulled?
When I start the game, I check for patches and it tells me it's up-to-date
(and I haven't played for a while due to work and study, didn't get this one)

I just went to the main TS3 page, under Games, Updates the page is empty. I think all updates must be temporarily down. I would try again later, but go to the main page to check first.

No, it is up. The top one is the most recent patch.
