Fullscreen on/off cheat help?

I accidentally used the cheat fullscreen, but do not know how to get it off.  Now I have to hover above everything I do on the whole entire screen because I cannot click directly on anything.  This only started when I used the fullscreen cheat.  How do I undo this? thank you

You can turn it off one of two ways.

Open the cheat console in Live mode, on pause. [Ctrl-Shift-C] and either type or copy/paste fullscreen off or go into game options and under the Graphics tab - Display section, change the setting to Fullscreen.
