I'd just like to add that, in my game, the Party Animal aspiration's party counter is still broken.
My sims threw a wedding which earned a gold medal but the aspiration didn't acknowledge it as a "thrown party." *sighs
Well, that's disappointing. Sims still aren't getting their pay or unlocked career items with Connections, either. Even though that specific issue wasn't addressed, they did tweak the reward, so I was hopeful.
I agree with you about wanting Connections fixed. In its current state, our sims in school are penalized for good academic performance with no way of ever accessing the L1/L2 career rewards. It's even worse if Connections has been purchased.
