House icon in relationship panel

Either I've never noticed this, or it is something new as I just got the Showtime EP, but in the relationship panel, one of the people is showing a blue house icon on a white background in the lower right of their photo...what does this mean?

It looks to may be have something to do with the University dorms? I am unsure. As I've never seen a house icon in relationship panel. But this is what came up when I searched on this.

Trouble with moving into dorms!
