Building restrictions giving me a hard time recreating a house

So I'm trying to build a house based off of a photo I found. I LOVE this house. The jerkin head roof, round top door, the whole  style of it all, etc. Because of the restrictive building rules of TS4, I can't recreate it! Unless I'm missing something. I can't use different wall heights on the same level, can't find any awnings or round top doors  like that even in downloadable cc. I'd really like to play this house but can't get past the restrictive build mode. Gah! Any tips or anything?
