Salvaging Items

Hello! Sorry if someone already posted this, but I did put in "salvage" on the search engine and they can't find it. But anyway.

I was trying the salvage thing where I salvage some items, put them in the front lawn and call the repairman. He comes and stands there for awhile and then leaves charging me the $50. So I was wondering if I'm doing something wrong? Or is that just a glitch?

Unfortunately, that feature no longer works.  You can collect the items, but the repairman won't fix them when he comes over.  All you can do is replace the item.
