So I had done tons of work on my world, Nestville, on old computer and new. The world is almost ready to be played. But now it won't load and just gives me a CTD. I'll admit during my last session a TON of work was accomplished, but before that, CAW was working fine, even on my brand new computer. And now, with all that work having been accomplished...it just...won't...load, when I click Edit in Game. That makes me think the game won't be able to load the finished product. And I can't bear to see all that work go to waste!!!!!
The culprit, I think, is my graphics card. My computer tells me I have a Radeon r5 m335, which the game doesn't have in its database. The list I found had a bunch of Radeons in the "No" category. Besides that I have an Intel core i7 processor, 16GB RAM, and a 1TB hard drive, running Windows 10 Home Edition.
I've just double-checked whether the game itself is able to run, and the answer to that appears to be yes. I've just created the first family that will move into Nestville, saved and quit. Should I just load Nestville into the game as is, and try to finish it off inside the game itself? Thanks in advance for your help, guys!
