Building a hospital

Can you build a hospital and will the sims in the doctor career use it instead of the EA generated one?  I figured you could probably build one, but when I was looking for the hospital bed, I didn't find it. I don't want to spend hours building one and then the sims wont use it.  I saw where someone had built one on MTS, but if the bed is not available, then how would your sims actually use it.  Just wondering if anyone has built one.

I've seen hospitals on the gallery that other people have built. It would have to be on the original lot though and have all the required items otherwise it would not function.

I suppose the bb.enablefreebuild cheat and the bb.showhiddenobjects cheat would be the ones needed to make this happen.
