Sims 4 not loading

So when i click on the sims 4 it show up that spinny wheel that it does when loading, it turns into the white screen that says "Sims 4" (Picture is attached to post) i have been waiting for about 15 minutes now but it still wont load!!! there are keys on a keyboard you can press but i have already forgotten them, any help???
