Testers Wanted! Autonomous Plate Cleaning

For a while now, I have been searching all over the web to find a mod that makes any sim, even non-neat sims will clean up plates whenever they finish.  I just decided to make my own.  It is a simple XML tuning mod, and it may conflict with anything altering CleanUp_FoodScrap.
