Cannot Create Sim

I installed the sims 4 and when i press play it took me to create household  then nothing would appear like this photo
i need help

Hi abdo1811, welcome to the forum. Have you since quit out of your game and tried again? Sometimes reloading the game clears out glitches.

How come they get to make "The Invisible-Sim" and we can't? lol   
Too bad we don't have the movie star expansion pack...
Anyhow, if it was me i'd do what was said and try reloading. If that doesn't work see if the game needs updates? Maybe clearing the cache?  I'd say update the video drivers, but if it's only doing that in the Sims 4 then i'd say it's in the game itself. Can't hurt to try imho....

Hi, have you tried adding another sim and then deleting the first one? @Playalot is that even an option? I can honestly say that this is the first time I've seen this particular bug! Maybe check on the official forum or the EAHQ website to see if someone else had/has the same issue?
