Clientele in Fortune Teller career?

Hi, One of my active sims is going for Fortune Teller. I found 'clientele' on career performance tap. Does it mean that just collecting customers or something else? Because she got a new interaction, "Perform Private Reading". Also when she goes to work, she has on option,"meet Clientele". So I'm very confusing it means 'coworkers' or 'customers'? When she met some 'clientele' at work, she put the wish 'Be friend to all coworkers'? And what exactly is for 'private reading'? I searched here for the sims 3 tips but I couldn't find. Is the private reading for reading other sims' future luck or their past lives? I searched its meaning on google and English dictionary on web but still don't know what it means.

From my experience, I've always taken Clientele to be the equivalent of teammates/work colleagues/fellow criminals etc from the other rabbit hole careers.

'Hold a private reading' is simply another work option they have, like 'Hold a Meeting' for people in business career.
