Sims 4 in 4K
« on: June 28, 2016, 09:24:25 PM »
Hi all,

Does anyone have experience running TS4 in 4K? My rig can certainly handle it (in addition to most AAA titles  ::) ) But I was wondering if there was any support in terms of making the UI a little larger so it is manageable to use.

Thanks  ;D

The Sims games aren't meant to be played at higher resolutions. They do not run 4K. They do better with a resolution of 1920x1080 or lower.

However, here's a tip for the UI. :)

Tip: User Interface (UI) and Icons are too Small

Changed the scale to 50 - or twice as large and it's the default scale now :) A bit fuzzy but I don't want to lower my DSR soften any more, I guess it's to be expected with 4k gaming though. The extra antialiasing in the graphics is worth it. Thanks!
