Game freezes after placing room markers

Hey guys,

Here's my problem: I've tried for weeks now to build my own apartment. So ich set up the building, place some furniture and then I place those markers. Everything fine until here. But then, when I want to return to the neighbourhood,it just freezes. It never finishes loading. It's driving me crazy.
Is anyone facing the same problem? Has anyone a solution?
I would be sooooo grateful...

I haven't run into this type of freezing problem. But it's been awhile since I've tried to create an apartment.

I got the same issue few days ago. You may want to check your mods to make sure they aren't interfering with each other or are out of date.
