Mod to Prevent Playing Guitar Outside

Hi, as my title suggests, I'm looking for a mod to prevent my sims from playing their guitar outside. I currently have a sim and his house has plenty of room to stand and play, but he insists on going outside in the pouring rain to play! It's like cancel, cancel, cancel... It getting tiring. Thanks!

I'm thinking those over at Nraas maybe able to help better with finding a mod for this. If you are able to find one.. please post back.
