Sim Randomly Changes Everything

Hi. Basically, I have been playing a Sims 4 game for a few in real life days and when I went to play it this morning, the sim looked completely different, had a different aspiration, had no job when she used to be level 5 culinary career, her child was gone, traits were different, back to a young adult and etc. Her house was the same and was in the same world, Newcrest, though.

I am really upset about this and wondering if any of you can help me.

My older brother made a game yesterday after I was done playing and he played it for the rest of night. Maybe that had something to do with it? He played in Oasis Springs though and his sim is fine.

I have worked really hard with this game and I have been searching for answers for a while but I have found nothing.

Please tell me if you have/are experiencing this same issue

Ah, if he didn't make a new save game, then that means your sim could change. So he was playing in Oasis Springs in your game file, things can change. That's the rotational play aspect. For him to have his own game, he needed to hit the '+' sign in the main menu.

Hi Lilyanasims4, welcome to the forum. Sounds like your brother played in your game, sorry that happened. There are some general tips on game play here that might help you understand how the game works a little better hopefully preventing this from happening again.  Also make sure you each have your own save file/game like shewolf13 suggested!
