Yeah, haha, sorry. Anyway, I was wondering, do many of you guys get the Eye Candy reward? I don't usually because it messes with my screenshots, but would you say the moodlet's worth the annoying little sparklies? Or do you like the sparklies?

It's a buff to other npcs, not to your own sim, unfortunately.

I always go for fertility treatment first (unless I'm playing a challenge that isn't a baby boomer one).
I find raising kids fun.
I also tend to go with the dirt defiant, steel bladder and that.
I like using legendary host if the sim likes parties or socialising. That way they are never let down by their parties, which I can never seem to get right!

If you are planning to play a family, the Eye Candy reward is a must, at least for the indirect boost to happiness points: expecially children with stay-at-home parents are going to benefit from it.

The first reward that I buy is the Fast Learner for 15,000, after that it really depends on the individual sim and his/her career choice

My Sims have stopped getting the sparkles.  Not sure what's up with that.

I really hate the Eye Candy reward (which is the first time I use that word in relation to sims). I guess your game (Pam) is blessed with an option to automatically get rid of the sparkles because mine seems to stay forever. Glad I've never saved the game after trying that reward out but I had to pay for it with I believe 2 hours off unsaved gametime.

My sims are usually evil (I think I made one sim a goody two shoes one time, but as a contrast to an evil sim). Those red sparkly things never seem odd then (at first I actually thought they were due to my sim having the evil trait! :o).

Funny you should mention that, I just noticed a couple of weeks back that my Sim was occasionally glowing. I attributed it to the fact that she was the Emperor of Evil at the time. She doesn't have the evil trait.

I wonder if it'd cancel with Eye Candy? I'll have to check it out.
As for the Eye Candy reward suiting certain Sims, I'm just waiting for people with World Adventures and Late Night to report that they've made their vampires sparkle by using this reward. *eyeroll* ::)

When I had used eye candy before, it always sparkled constantly, but with one of the patches or EP, they finally quit doing that, which is good, because I like using it every once in a while.   :)

Really? 'Cause I've avoided that LTR like the plague. The sparkly plague.   ;)

Hehe, you're not the only one Neo. I hated that one to. But that was before.
