Which Pack Should You Buy?Sims 4 players can choose from multiple packs that bring a variety of different features to the game. Some players own them all, but many will buy only those with the features that interest them most. Questions like this come up often but there is no right answer. Only you can decide for yourself.

Origin may not have many sales on Sims 3 and it's packs very often, but watch out for sales on
Steam They have game sales throughout the year. - You can take steam codes and redeem them with Origin to get Sims 3 through Origin. See this link

Where to buy EA PC digital download games?https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/where-to-buy-ea-games-v2/Walmart and Amazon are on the Trusted Retailer List, however their market place sellers are not (these sellers are considered 3rd party sellers.)
They can sometimes sell the same items, such as games. If you purchase games through these market place sellers, and have issues with the download you will need to work with them to get a refund for the game. As EA will not help you with 3rd party sellers. EA is known to block game codes from 3rd party sellers, so please be aware of that.
