Bridgeport has disappeared!

I have been playing Late Night for some time and had no problems, suddenly when I loaded up my game it took ages to load and then all stuff in the house I was playing that belonged to Late Night  just was not there. So I tried to set up a new game and all the high rise buildings had gone.  What has happened to my game? Anyone got any ideas please?

First, shut down your game and restart.  Does it all come back?

No Pam, I tried to play a family at random. The penthouses are all suspended in mid-air and, as there are now no elevators the sims cannot access them. Also the families have Gameplay/Excel?EP3_World/Household:family name on them. The load up screen is missing too, it just loads across the main menu screen. It's like everything but the town base and the families has been erased.

Do you have any mods or third party custom content that you're running?  If so, it might be the culprit.  I'm afraid your only option is to uninstall and reinstall at least Late Night.  It would be a good idea to uninstall/reinstall the entire game if you're up to it.  Check our Technical Help board for some assistance on backing up your saved game files and cleaning up your computer in preparation for the reinstall.
