How to claim Memory rewards?

I just played today (yay for Flynn Arrowstarr for fixing my game!) and shared a memory. This brought me up to five memories shared (I think, the meter didn't move in my Sims' scrapbook), and according to the game, should let me claim another Memory reward. It's been ages since I've shared them, so how do I claim my reward? I looked in the Downloads Dashboard and nothing was new, apart from four gifts I haven't installed yet.

After sharing memories, it always took a little while before they would show up.  I never use the downloads dashboard but they appeared in my purchase history after an hour or two.   When I look at memories now, it still tells me that I can go redeem items even though I redeemed them all ages ago.  Make sure that you actually passed the point where one was supposed to happen before driving yourself nuts that you can't find one.    I want to say it was like every 25 memories that gave you something new to download but I could be wrong as it's been a very long time.
