How to propose

I'm about to graduate from Sims University. My graduation is tomorrow. I found a girlfriend who I'm going steady with, and I want to propose marriage to her so she'll join my household and I won't have to leave her behind when I go back to Bridgeport.

However, even though I've maxed out my relationship with her and we're going steady, I still can't find the dialogue option to propose marriage.

What do I do?

I think once you get home to Bridgeport you can call her up and ask her to visit, and you'll be able to propose and ask her to move in at that point. There are just certain things the game won't let you do while you're in college.
