What does this symbol mean?

I was dancing with my spinner club, and saw someone with this icon (the one above the girl in green with glasses)...I have no idea what it means. Does it mean they have what it takes to be given membership to my club?

It just means that sim got hyped by the DJ. 'Get Hyped' is a DJ interaction that unlocks as the sim skills up in djing skill. Eventually a sim skilled enough can influence the sims emotions directly (Feel the Crowd) as well as getting them 'hyped'.

Thank you so much! I had no idea it was attached to the DJ. Thought somehow the dance moves were moving the other sims!
