Sims4 Won't open

When I logged into My Sims 4 tonight it went right into my welcome screen.  It had a box there that said during previous updates my mods had been turned off.  So I only had one mod MC Commander so I went into Options and reset my mods to work.  It prompted me to restart which I did.  When I started the game back I could not get past the Sims 4 logo screen.  So I said ok get rid of mod, so I did. Closed the game down took all traces of the mod out.  I only had the one.  So went back into Origin, clicked Repair on my game.  Tried starting it after that, no go...got to the Sims 4 logo page and nada.  Did I break my Sims?  I truly don't know what to do and I have all packs and don't want to lose them.  Please help!!!!!!!
