How can I plan a Bot Shop in the present?
« on: May 05, 2016, 01:09:30 PM »
I prefer to not have to go to Oasis Landing to get my processors to build chips with. Is there anything in the list of community lots that allows me to place a Bot Shop right in Sunset Valley? I've found the "Bot Emporium," but that doesn't seem to let me buy processors.

Alternatively, can I reverse-engineer nanites I create myself to get the processors?

The bot emporium acts like an ITF form of the consignment shop which can randomly display processors for sale. The best way is, indeed, to reverse-engineer nanites, regardless of their source.

Using buydebug of World Adventures, you can place nanite spawners across the world map to help with the Collecting challenge involving nanites.

It's a glitch (no products to buy), I had that problem before, and one day it was gone. I don't know why.
Yes, you can reverse engineer nanites you create, but they don't have as many processors as wild nanites. You can do either of these, or all 3, which won't cost you money :
- place nanite spawners ;
- clone nanites if you've got University and high science skill ;
- get twice as many processors from reverse engineered nanites with a mod (I can't give a link to the mod as I don't remember where I got it, and i can't find it on Google, but anyway I've got a mod for this).
