Do Bookworm Sims gain positive Mood from being in a library?

I have a second Sim, whose goal is to become a World-Renowned Surgeon.

His traits are: Genius, Bookworm, Ambition, Workaholic, and Good.

I'd like to know if taking him to the library to study, as opposed to studying in his house, will improve his mood even more than just reading in a quiet place (his home counts as a quiet place.)

He'll get a moodlet for fast learning at the library. All sims do, not just bookworms. The rate of reading is greatly accelerated and well worth the trip to the library.
