Product Code Not Appearing?

Nothing was wrong with what had happened before. Only after I update my origin it does not work. (Im using a Mac) So i have my expansion pack downloaded and i have to do is install it. So I click the 'Copy Product Code' button. This usually works. So i go accept all of the terms and conditions and when it asks me to type in my product code it wont paste! I tried to paste it on notes and it sill wont show up! Every time i could just click the button and then paste it easily but now it wont work.

It sounds like your trying to copy and paste the product code into Sims 3 installer?

I am not a Mac user. But I am hoping that this might help a little.

If this is correct. Try highlighting the code. - Left-click on the code, and drag mouse across the code to highlight. Copy the code and use Command-V to paste the code into the installer to see if that will help.

I recently had an issue where the product code wasn't showing up at all after the Origin update. Is the product code missing where it usually is? What I mean is when you click install does the product code show up under "copy to clipboard?"

Yes mpart that is my problem, thanks for understanding and no it does not show.

You may have to contact EA's customer service about this then. They may be of better help in finding what happened to the code.
